AC Drain Co. is proud to introduce the Self-Cleaning A/C Condensate Line Cleaner to our product line. Either for commercial or residential applications, our cleaner will maintain a clean condensate A/C line and reduce the need for technicians to do a site visit every 6 months for maintenance. Simply said... saving you money is our priority.

AC Drain Co. Installation Instructions

Unit Installation:

• Connect ½” water line to ¾” “WATER LINE” ball valve with PVC, PEX, or copper
• Install as shown on diagram above and connect wires and power
• MANDATORY: Install water shutoff valve on water line
• The “Test” button on the front of the unit needs to be pressed for a complete installation check. Once pressed, the water line will be cycled through the installed system and the installer will need to check for leaks
• If the LED under the word “Power” is lit RED, repeat the “Test” procedure above 4 times with a 30 second cycle between Test button presses

Post Installation Operation:

• The LED will be blinking green under the word “Power” on the front of the unit indicating the unit is functioning properly
• Once installed, the unit will cycle ON after a 2 week timed period then the water line ball valve will open, condensate ball valve will close and unit will perform a 30 second flush
• Once the flush cycle completes, the water line ball valve will close, the condensate ball valve will open and the unit will being a new 2 week timed cycle

Here at AC Drain Co., we stand by our products and our service. Nothing makes us happier than hearing one of our designs has improved your life a little better. So if something has gone wrong, we absolutely want to help get you a replacement. 

AC Drain Co.’s, ("Company") warranty obligations for the Company product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Company warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim with photo is received by Company within the Warranty Period, at its option, Company will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Company warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Company's property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Company's property.

Exclusions and Limitations

Company's limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. The warranty does not apply to any non-Company product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Company product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with Unit Installation or Post Installation Operation, if any, provided with the Product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product. Company not responsible for leaks due to improper installation.

Normal wear and tear of Product use is not covered. Due to the natural character inherent to manufactured plastic, variations such as blemishes, grain and color are not covered. Products that have been altered or modified are not covered, including those changes made due to improper installation or unauthorized repair.

No Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Company specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Company cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No Company reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Damages Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Company product.
